Job summary

Dollar General seeks an area leader to plan and oversee multiple stores in the assigned region, with full P&L responsibility and alignment to company policies.

You will drive area sales growth, recruit and develop store teams, ensure superior customer service, and optimize inventory presentation and merchandising across all locations.

Weekly travel in a company vehicle is required, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Four+ years retail management experience with full P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multi-unit operations and drive sales.
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams to achieve area sales targets and strong customer service.
• Foster a culture aligned with Dollar General's mission and values.
• Ensure fair HR practices and effective store staffing.
• Maximize inventory presentation and stock flow.
