Job summary

Oakley is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a district of store managers, elevating the Oakley Experience for customers and driving profitability. You will guide staffing, coaching, and strategic initiatives to maximize sales and brand standards across stores.

You will partner with senior leadership to align merchandising, operations, and talent development. The role requires extensive travel and a hands-on approach to develop high-performing store teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-store management in a highly complex retail business environment
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels
• Ability to travel throughout the district (overnight stays required) ~ 80% travel time

Responsibilities

• Develop store teams, increase sales, and improve customer experience.
• Visit stores with Store Managers to identify opportunities for growth.
• Create action plans to improve profitability and control expenses.
• Manage and maximize district store strategies and performance.
• Lead weekly meetings to review goals and profitability.
• Collaborate with HR to address employee relations and staffing needs.
