Job summary

Oakley, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks a Regional Manager to lead a team of retail managers, drive sales, and sustain brand equity across district stores in the US. The role focuses on staffing, customer experience, and financial performance.

You will partner with leadership to implement strategies, oversee store operations, and train managers to ensure top performance and succession planning across the district.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple stores within a district.
• Strong verbal and written communication with partners at all levels.
• Experience developing leaders and driving store profitability.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and POS systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across the district.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Develops store teams, increases sales and enhances customer experience.
• Conducts store visits with Store Managers to spot growth opportunities.
• Creates action plans to improve profitability and control expenses.
• Manages district store strategies and staffing plans.
• Leads weekly meetings to review goals and district profitability.
• Collaborates with HR to address employee relations issues.
• Evaluates performance and supports development plans for staff.
• Trains store management to motivate teams and improve productivity.
