Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Illinois is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to own digital and loyalty marketing for our dispensary network. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and field execution, reporting to the Retail Brand Director.

You will develop activation concepts, lead cross-functional implementation, monitor performance, and iterate quickly. The role requires in-person field support across Illinois and potential expansion to additional markets as GTI evolves.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in retail marketing, growth marketing, or related field.
• Ability to move from concept to execution: write briefs, align stakeholders, launch campaigns.
• Comfort working across multiple channels (paid, organic, email/loyalty, in-person).
• Strong analytical instincts to monitor performance and translate data into recommendations.
• Effective cross-functional communicator to align teams with different priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ideate Illinois retail marketing activation concepts across paid media, loyalty, eCommerce, and in-store improvements.
• Lead cross-functional activation execution with Paid Media, Loyalty, eCommerce, Retail Ops, and Local Marketing teams.
• Define success metrics and report on them for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Attend key activations, events, and store visits in Illinois to gather insights and represent the brand.
