What we’re looking for:
  • Effectively manage and improve customer and internal relationships to grow TP-Link’s business.
  • Strengthen relationships with Retail Partners through training, developing new accounts, creating sales and promotional opportunities, and hitting volume and revenue targets.
  • Self-starter capable of working individually and cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, and Logistics to solve problems and drive results.
  • Manage Sales, Inventory, and Forecast; review retailer weekly sales and inventory; ensure forecasts align with TP-Link’s stock, transit, and production timelines.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of accounts, the market, and TP-Link; track progress towards goals; analyze market data and recommend strategies using monthly reports.
  • Problem-solve creatively for business issues and develop plans to achieve objectives.
  • Monitor competitor promotions and analyze their performance to inform strategy.
Communication
  • Develop and implement promotional plans in advertising and digital channels.
  • Create clear and detailed presentations for retailers to support business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally, summarizing business issues clearly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience calling on US National Retailers, Military, PC Richards, Electronic Express, Brandsmart, TV Shopping, etc.
  • Consumer electronics experience preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in sales or analytics.
  • Ability to build and maintain internal relationships.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP; advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Team-oriented, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Problem-solving skills and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing retail environments.
  • Grit and drive to achieve long-term goals through skill and effort.
