DoorDash is seeking a Regional Merchant Lead (Outside Sales Representative) to own the full sales cycle for bringing new restaurant partners onto DoorDash in the Los Angeles market. This field role requires 50% in-field activity, travel across the region, and the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close multi-product solutions with local merchants.

You will build strong local relationships, mentor teammates, and contribute to growth with a merchant-first, data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a closing sales role, preferably outside sales or field-forward
• Fast-paced transaction sales cycle with deals closed in days
• Experience selling multi-product solutions and tailoring pitches to merchants
• Strong discovery, communication and merchant-first thinking
• Creative and resourceful outreach to open doors with prospects
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tools

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for bringing new restaurant partners onto DoorDash
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with local and regional merchants
• Meet with restaurant owners, walk-in pitches, and build strong local relationships
• Travel up to 50% for in-market meetings and hybrid work flexibility
