Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a dynamic Regional Operator for our hospitality client in Overland Park, KS. You will travel frequently, coach General Managers, and drive sales and guest experience across multiple locations.

The role requires 3+ years in multi-unit leadership, a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, and a proven track record in performance management and profitability. A strong hospitality mindset and people leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a multi-unit leadership role with a full-service concept.
• Demonstrated success overseeing a minimum of 7 locations and developing talent internally.
• Strong background with performance management, financial acumen, and problem-solving.
