Job summary

Jersey Mike's in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help run daily operations and deliver excellent guest service.

You will schedule a small team, oversee opening/closing, manage inventory, and participate in management meetings.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role, willingness to work 50 hours per week including nights and weekends, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in managerial role (restaurant management preferred).
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights & weekends.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to meet & succeed Labor and Food Costs goals.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
