You will partner with operations, project teams, and leadership to expand client development, strengthen market presence, and manage budgets in a complex, employee-owned culture.

The role requires a strong senior leadership background, 12+ years in related fields, and a professional engineering registration, with a focus on delivering strategic growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Engineering registration.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and align with HDR values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Resources Business Group initiatives for the South-Central Region.
• Direct and deliver regional business group operations, including profitability, utilization, and metrics.
• Collaborate with area operations, project teams, and leadership to enhance client development strategies and pursue cross‑business opportunities.
• Mentor Area Business Group Managers and key personnel.
• Assist in identification and prioritization of strategic hires and in recruiting.
• Drive alignment with regional priorities and manage the regional RBG budget.
• Work cooperatively with other regional directors and managers to execute HDR strategies.
