Brookdale seeks a seasoned Resident Engagement leader to guide regional and district teams across managed communities, delivering person-centered programs that enhance residents’ lives.

You will coach community directors, manage budgets, drive engagement initiatives, mentor program participants and partner with local leadership to meet standards and expand programming across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum five years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Experience in a senior living environment preferred.
• May be required to work extra hours and/or be on call during off hours.

Responsibilities

• Directs regional support and guidance to local and district teams.
• Supports resident engagement standards, budgets, policies and training manuals.
• Promotes person-centered engagement across Brookdale communities.
• Oversees mentor program and professional development for mentors.
• Plans monthly regional EngagementPlus calls.
