Super Products LLC is seeking a Regional Rental Manager in Corpus Christi, TX to lead the regional rental business, drive revenue growth, optimize fleet utilization, and ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. reporting to the VP of Rental Operations, you will oversee sales performance, operations, and team development.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, travel about 75% of the time, and a track record in industrial equipment rental or similar fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, sales, operations, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive sales, rental equipment, operations, or business management experience.
• Five or more years of leadership and supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive rental, parts, and service revenue growth throughout the assigned region.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships that result in repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and profitability.
• Conduct regular customer visits and sales calls to support business development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop regional growth plans and lead regional staff.
