Job summary

Green Alpha Property is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee renovations across our NC/SC/GA portfolios. You will coordinate day-to-day project management, track timelines and budgets, and ensure work meets quality standards.

This role requires leadership, strong collaboration with property managers and asset management, and familiarity with project tracking software (Appfolio, Yardi, Entrada). Travel up to 10% and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction management or project management or a similar college degree
• Travel up to 10%
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, or subcontractors across multiple active projects in property management
• Strong ability to manage timelines, budgets, priorities, and operational workflows
• Proven leadership and team-building skills, especially within maintenance or renovation teams
• Familiarity with project tracking or property management software (Appfolio, Yardi, Entrada)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of compliance, safety, and housing regulations

Responsibilities

• Renovations Oversight: deliver compact analysis of on-site renovations and projects to senior leadership
• Manage renovation timelines and quality across unit turns, ensuring projects are on time and within scope
• Work with Director of Operations to determine unit renovation scope and keep trackers updated daily
• Conduct routine property inspections to uphold company standards, safety protocols, and curb appeal
