Arbor Associates is seeking a Regional Recruiter to support our Healthcare, Education and Human Services staffing practice. This role focuses on high-volume recruiting for temporary positions, building strong relationships with candidates and client partners, and coordinating the hiring process.

The position offers a hybrid schedule (Work From Home: Monday & Thursday; In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday) with base salary of $52,000 to $60,000 per year plus incentives of 10–15% based on

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for healthcare, education, or human services roles.
• Ability to source via job boards, social media, events, and networking.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and clients to facilitate placements.
• Experience coordinating hiring processes from screening to offer.
• Familiarity with ATS and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and source a high volume of qualified candidates for temporary roles.
• Utilize multiple recruiting channels including job boards, social media platforms, networking, and job fairs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client partners.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate the hiring process.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly recruiting goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workflow activity within the ATS.

Hybrid Work Schedule & Compensation

We offer a hybrid work model: Work From Home: Monday & Thursday In Office: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday

Base Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 annually based on experience, plus incentives. Incentives estimated on 10-15% of base, pending performance.
