What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs across an assigned region
- Manage job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring optimization for visibility and engagement
- Conduct phone screenings and interviews to build strong candidate pipelines
- Promote the employer's mission, values, and culture through recruitment materials and campaigns
- Maintain and analyze key recruiting metrics to track hiring success and improve processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in high-volume or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in ATS platforms, HRIS systems, social media recruiting, and Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of behavioral-based interviewing, cultural fit assessments, and selection strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field
- HR or Recruiting Certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, TAS)
- Experience in social media recruiting, employer branding, and job fair coordination
- Willingness to travel (25%-35%) to the employer's communities, hiring events, and job fairs
