Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Regional Manager for the Receivership Portfolio to stabilize distressed or newly acquired multifamily assets under receivership or similar conditions. The role demands hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and execution across multiple properties, often where systems are absent or staffing is incomplete.

You will build and drive recovery plans, address life-safety and regulatory issues, and report progress to lenders, ownership, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Regional Manager experience.
• Experience with distressed, underperforming or complex multifamily assets preferred.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily operations, leasing, collections, staffing, budgeting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead receivership and distressed-asset takeovers, including transition planning and stabilization plans.
• Develop property-level recovery plans with measurable goals for occupancy, leasing velocity, staffing, and compliance.
• Monitor occupancy, collections, vacancy, leasing activity, and unit readiness across portfolios.
• Coordinate with lenders, owners, receivers, and attorneys on milestones and reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership on procurement, contracts, capital needs, and portfolio strategy.
