Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead receivership and distressed-asset takeovers with transition plans.
• Assess operational needs and establish clear priorities and actions.
• Develop recovery plans for occupancy, collections, and staffing.
• Manage multiple assets with varying stages of stabilization.
• Coordinate appraisals, court requirements, and lender communications.
• Identify risks affecting safety, compliance, or asset value.
• Oversee staffing, vendor contracts, and capital projects.
• Prepare reports for lenders, owners, and executives.
