Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments LLC seeks a Regional Property Manager for a receivership portfolio in Baltimore. You will lead distressed-asset takeovers, establish post‑takeover property operations, and coordinate with lenders, ownership, and management teams to stabilize occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires strong operational leadership, experience with multifamily assets, and the ability to work across complex recovery plans while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Regional Manager experience required.
• Experience with distressed, underperforming, newly acquired, or complex multifamily assets preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead receivership and distressed-asset takeovers and stabilization plans.
• Establish property operations post-takeover with leasing, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Coordinate with lenders, receivers, and ownership; monitor KPI’s and reporting.
