Job summary

Weichert Co. of NJ is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Bergen County area. The TAS will partner with Residential Branch Managers and the Regional President to recruit sales associates and manage the staffing process across offices.

Travel to offices is required. The role includes building relationships with schools, attending career fairs, presenting to groups, and maintaining candidate pipelines; a Bachelor's degree and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1.5 years recruiting experience or strong sales/management with hiring.
• Ability to secure appointments via calls and networking.
• Ability to present to both small and large groups.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, contact, meet with and hire candidates for Weichert, Realtors sales offices.
• Interview candidates in-person with or without Sales Office Managers.
• Attend industry events and conduct interviews on- and off-site to recruit sales associates.
• Build relationships with local real estate schools to connect students with Weichert.
• Attend Career/Job Fairs and Career Seminars to promote real estate careers with Weichert.
• Promote the Sales Office and Company to attract candidates and strengthen brand.
