Nest Seekers International is seeking a driven recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition & Growth team. You will lead strategic talent planning and high‑volume hiring, partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition and senior leadership to identify top talent.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds relationships easily, and brings meticulous attention to detail at every stage of the hiring process. Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 base, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, charismatic, and dedicated with strong ownership and follow-through.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with real estate industry or interest in its structure and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Use platforms like LinkedIn, StreetEasy, OLR, and MLS to identify talent.
• Conduct screening calls with real estate agents to evaluate fit.
• Interface with hiring managers to understand talent needs and coordinate interviews.
• Advertise open positions on LinkedIn and Indeed; manage applicant pipelines.
• Maintain/update candidate trackers with status, stages, and next steps.
• Extend offers and negotiate terms to close hires.
• Partner with operations to onboard new agents, including license transfers and offer-letter paperwork.
• Proactively build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates for future roles.
