Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in California seeks an Asset Manager to support leased or owned fulfillment locations across North America. You will act as liaison between Amazon and landlords and ensure lease terms are met to keep operations running smoothly.

We value 3+ years in property/asset management with experience in Tango/Yardi/MRI and MS Office. You’ll collaborate widely to resolve escalations and improve portfolio performance in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related field.
3+ years of property management, asset management or real estate financial analysis experience.
Experience with commercial real estate software platforms (Tango, Yardi, MRI).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Ability to review tenant alteration requests and ensure landlord consent when required.

Responsibilities

Act as liaison between Amazon and landlord.
Manage lease compliance and hold stakeholders to contract terms.
Remove Real Estate barriers that impact operations and customer experience.
Collaborate with other Amazon departments on network-wide Real Estate challenges.
Lead resolution of Real Estate related escalations.
