Responsibilities

• Manage the lease renewal pipeline and critical dates, and perform contract negotiations.
• Conduct strategic portfolio analysis and support stakeholders during site exit and renewal.
• Define KPIs, track dates, and build mechanisms to track portfolio metrics.
• Drive portfolio optimization through cost savings, standard lease language, and process improvements.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage lease-related legal documents.
