Responsibilities

• Lead property management team and mid-sized portfolio of retail assets.
• Oversee physical assets and direct operational activities with property managers.
• Develop strategic asset and financial plans; manage budgets, rent rolls, CAMs, and operating expenses.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements to improve efficiency.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships; support lease negotiations, renewals, and relocations.
• Supervise property maintenance, vendor transitions, and capital improvement projects.
• Drive leasing efforts, identify new tenants, and optimize occupancy.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage legal matters related to operations.
• Produce financial and performance reports; recommend strategies to enhance asset value.
• Oversee risk management, safety compliance, and emergency response procedures.
