Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Must have three (3) years of experience with reading, understanding, and interpreting lease language; lease negotiations; managing internal and external customers, stakeholders, and business partners; and managing critical project dates and deal pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lease renewal pipeline and critical dates, perform contract negotiations, seek financial and business approvals.
• Conduct strategic portfolio analysis, supporting business stakeholders during the site exit and renewal process.
• Define KPIs, track critical dates, and build mechanisms to track key portfolio metrics.
• Drive portfolio optimization through process improvement, cost savings/avoidance, and standardized lease language.
• Negotiate, draft, and manage lease related legal documents.
• Partner and seek alignment with internal stakeholders including business development, legal, finance, and economic development.
• Manage the landlord/tenant relationship through lease compliance, escalation, and de-escalation.
• Report on portfolio metrics, analyze data, and provide monthly/quarterly business updates about the team.
