Job summary

Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Rail Trainer/Auditor to lead training and safety audits across multiple locations in the region. The role emphasizes classroom and field instruction, auditing, and building a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate has railroad operations experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train employees at all levels. Travel ~20% regionally is required as part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and conducting audits in field and classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate classroom and field training for Railserve employees involved in rail operations.
• Develop and maintain training programs, materials, and instructional content.
• Deliver operational, safety, and compliance training programs.
• Conduct routine operational audits and safety assessments.
• Prepare Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) audits and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain training and audit documentation and support investigations as needed.
