Job summary

a2z Radiology AI is seeking a Regional Account Director to own enterprise radiology-AI sales across a U.S. territory.

This remote, nationwide role requires coordinating clinical and technical win strategies, engaging health systems, IDNs, and imaging operators, and navigating procurement and contracting to close multi-year, high-value deals. You will build a compelling business case, run discovery, and coordinate the account team to secure access and momentum.

Qualifications

• Closed complex enterprise software or medical-device deals with health systems.
• Able to build pipeline and close deals in a sparse territory.
• Comfortable conversing with radiology chairs, CIOs, and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own a U.S. territory and drive the full enterprise sale.
• Prospect, discover, map stakeholders, demonstrate value, validate clinically and economically, procure, contract, and close.
• Lead competitive replacements and platform consolidation.
• Pull in account team members from radiology, engineering, and counsel to drive momentum.
• Maintain CRM stages, next steps, decision criteria, close dates, and risks based on buyer evidence.
