Job summary

Amazon's Regional Quality & Benchmarking Specialist role sits within the Reliability & Maintenance Engineering (RME) team in California. You will build and implement quality systems for RME, guide field teams in decision tools, evaluate RME performance, and drive year-over-year reliability improvements to reach world-class maintenance.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in engineering or reliability fields.
• 5+ years in maintenance or engineering roles.
• 5+ years managing multiple large projects.
• 5+ years using Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Develop parts cage quality standards and track defect data.
• Create risk-based forecasting tools for maintenance prioritization.
• Define RME standard work procedures across sites.
• Lead network-wide Continuous Improvement initiatives with AMS standards.
• Travel domestically up to 80%.
