Qualifications

• AWS CWI certification required
• Travel between active project sites regularly
• Experience managing QC across multiple projects
• Field inspections and audits required
• Deep expertise in welding, fabrication and NDE
• Reading and redlining isos, P&IDs, and support details

Responsibilities

• Lead quality leadership across multiple industrial construction projects
• Perform field inspections and audits rather than desk-based oversight
• Review WPS/PQR/WPQ and NDE reports; track weld NDE metrics
• Coordinate NDE crews and manage repair cycles
• Oversee QC inspectors and define roles per contract
• Maintain quality documentation and turnover packages
• Engage with clients and third‑party inspectors with strong communication
