Aquatech, a global water and process technology provider, seeks a full-time Certified Welding Inspector to join our Houston, TX office. You will inspect vessels, piping, and fabrications, ensure QA/QC documentation, and coordinate with suppliers and project teams.
Travel 30%+ and on-site responsibilities are expected. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in welding quality roles, AWS/CWI certification (preferred), and the ability to read drawings, P&IDs, and meet ASME/AWS codes.

Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Certified Welding Inspector to relocate to our Houston, TX office location. The hours are Monday and Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position will perform the duties described in the job description below and will be considered an Exempt employee.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have attention to detail, problem solver, be technically knowledgeable, and be team-oriented. This candidate should also be certified in AWS and or CWI or working towards getting certified.

Lifting/carrying/moving 50 lbs, may need to climb ladders, cannot be afraid of heights, and will need to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while on site. Involves sitting at a desk for extended periods. Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy area.
