  • Partner with plant leadership to identify quality risks and close systemic gaps.
  • Build plant capability in structured problem-solving methodologies, including 8D, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, and root cause analysis.
  • Coach Quality Managers, Engineers, Operations leaders, and frontline teams on effective problem solving.
  • Facilitate complex or recurring problem-solving activities when additional regional support is needed.
  • Ensure corrective actions address true root causes and are sustained over time.
  • Create mechanisms to share lessons learned and prevent repeat issues across facilities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce scrap, rework, defects, waste, and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
  • Use quality and operational data to identify the largest opportunities for improvement.
  • Support plant locations in developing measurable improvement plans and tracking results.
  • Identify recurring issues across locations and drive regional countermeasures.
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to eliminate quality-related process waste.
  • Spend significant time at plant locations assessing processes and supporting improvement activity.
