RESRG Automotive is seeking you to join our team as a Logistics Systems/Engineering Supervisor in our Cullman, AL facility!

What you Will do in Your Role

Oversee and supervise logistics systems and engineering functions to ensure efficient material flows, stock integrity, and system accuracy within the supply chain. Develop and translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable system formats and standardized processes. Implement, optimize, and maintain logistics and production processes using deep expertise in SAP and proprietary REHAU applications (including LAWI, CFP, PCDIPSO, EVF, and FEDIS). Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support and troubleshooting for internal plant systems. Responsible for the creation and management of master data for logistics, quality, and production systems. Specify, design, and review integrated systems and technology to enhance operational efficiency. Identify and eliminate structural weaknesses in storage capacity and technical equipment through process flow optimization and requirements specification. Conduct warehouse management monitoring to ensure error‑free inventory management and investigate material or financial deviations across inventory systems. Perform feasibility studies to determine business requirements and specify effective business processes. Manage program scope changes and fulfill functional analyst roles, including system administration and test engineering. Coordinate with internal departments to reach agreements through flexibility and compromise on complex, vaguely defined technical issues.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or foreign equivalent.
  • Experience: Requires 24 months of experience as a Transportation, Storage Distribution Manager.
  • Special Skills: 24 months of experience with data analysis and troubleshooting of manufacturing logistics systems within the automotive sector; 24 months of experience with MS SQL Server and AS/400 or successor systems; 24 months of experience with electronic data interchange (EDI) in the automotive manufacturing industry; 24 months of experience with manufacturing execution systems (MES), including RFID technology; and 24 months of experience in a role responsible for the communication and training of new processes to factory employees. Experience may be gained concurrently.
  • Alternate Requirements: In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a High School diploma/GED and at least 48 months of experience in the above role(s) and 48 months experience with above techniques is acceptable. Experience may be gained concurrently.
