Job summary

ADM in Decatur, IL is seeking a Regional Quality Manager (Specialty Ingredients) to lead the SI NA quality systems, ensuring products meet global quality and food safety standards. You will oversee QA leadership, drive QFS programs, manage audits, and partner cross-functionally to improve data-driven decisions and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a 4-year technical degree, PCQI training, and strong exposure to laboratory procedures and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Laboratory experience / knowledge of laboratory procedures.
• PCQI trained is preferred.
• Proficiency with document management systems, eQMS, MS Office, and related databases.
• Knowledge of food regulations and requirements.
• Ability to base decisions on information and data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and food safety reporting for SI NA locations.
• Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings with location QA managers and participate in monthly performance reviews.
• Make decisions regarding quality/food safety (QFS) global impacts on products.
• Provide product disposition when needed.
• Support SI food safety plans, ensure control points and risk assessments are up to date.
• Manage, plan, implement, and continuously improve QFS programs and procedures.
• Facilitate regional Quality Management Review meetings.
• Assist in compliance and regulatory audits.
• Establish goals and monitor KPIs for QFS leadership.
