Job summary

ADM is seeking a Quality Manager for Specialty Ingredients NA in Decatur, IL. The role leads Food Safety and Quality initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives improvements across North American SI locations, including lecithin and polyol sites.

The position requires leadership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration with stakeholders to maintain certifications (BRC, Gluten Free, Organic) and FDA/CFIA compliance. Background check required. Base pay range provided.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent plus 7 years of food safety experience in food manufacturing.
• Experience with document management, COPQ, spreadsheets and Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI reporting and applicable food regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure Food Safety/Quality requirements are met in NA SI locations.
• Support lecithin and polyol manufacturing sites for Quality and Food Safety improvements.
• Lead Change Management processes for new or updated procedures.
• Promote a culture of quality and provide Quality/Training Food Safety scheduling.
• Monitor metrics to support Quality and Food Safety, maintain programs and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with 3rd party certifications (BRC, Gluten Free, Certified Organic) and regulators (FDA, CFIA).
• Maintain standard work templates and training matrices for SI division.
• Support IT systems like PolicyTech and eQMS in North America.
