In this position, you'll be the driving force behind our quality culture, ensuring that our systems, services, and teams consistently exceed expectations. You'll lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, coach teams on industry-leading quality tools, and ensure compliance with rigorous standards. Your work will directly impact the safety, reliability, and sustainability of high voltage infrastructure that powers millions.

How You'll Make an Impact

Your Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in business operations and quality processes
• 3+ years of experience with ISO certification and auditing
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a customer-first mindset
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within industrial or energy sectors
• Familiarity with SAP is highly preferred
• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States
