Job summary

BlackRock Resources, LLC is seeking a Regional QA/QC Manager to provide strategic leadership for Quality Assurance/Control and regulatory compliance across the Western region. The role involves strengthening QA/QC culture, identifying projects, and implementing company QA/QC policies and systems on active projects.

The role includes leading investigations, audits, development of Site Quality Plans, and coaching operations personnel to ensure technical competence and compliance with NBIC and ASME

Qualifications

• Experience administering Quality Management Systems and implementing policies.
• Ability to lead QA/QC initiatives across multiple projects and teams.
• Knowledge of ASME NBIC and regulatory requirements in construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on QA/QC and regulatory code compliance.
• Develop QA/QC culture and improve predictability of performance.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Oversee Site Quality Plans, welding data sheets, and weld schedules.
• Conduct QA/QC audits and track corrective actions and trends.
• Manage QA/QC talent acquisition and professional development.
• Provide training on QMS, ASME, and NBIC to leaders and crews.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate trends to leadership.
