Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Senior Regional Quality Manager to lead QA for 5–7 facilities in the South Region. You will drive the quality roadmap, partner with operations, and elevate manufacturing quality systems.

You will bring 8+ years in manufacturing, 5+ in quality leadership, and a Six Sigma Black Belt, with strong data analytics and leadership capabilities. Travel up to 75% will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Masters and MBA are preferred for senior leadership.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in product/quality leadership.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance across 5–7 facilities in the South Region.
• Drive cross-functional strategies to execute the quality roadmap.
• Promote a culture of quality and safety aligned with company values.
• Review and approve process maps, FMEA, control plans, and testing.
• Lead root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.
• Develop talent and coach quality professionals across sites.
