Job summary

Jane Pauley Community Health Center, Inc. seeks a Regional Quality Manager for Behavioral Health to lead quality performance across our behavioral health division in Indiana.

The role requires presenting dashboards, coordinating improvement efforts, and ensuring data-informed actions aligned with regulatory expectations. The position is hybrid, with regular travel among JPCHC clinics and occasional remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, healthcare administration, public health, nursing, social work, quality, or related field.
• 3–5 years in healthcare quality improvement, behavioral health operations, or related area.
• Demonstrated leadership experience as a people leader or senior individual contributor.
• Must be an Indiana resident; hybrid travel to JPCHC clinics.

Responsibilities

• Present behavioral health quality dashboards, trends, risks, and priorities to leaders.
• Design, implement, and monitor improvement strategies for access, quality, safety, and outcomes.
• Analyze performance data to identify variation, root causes, and barriers.
• Develop corrective action plans and monitor progress through resolution.
• Travel among JPCHC clinics and maintain documentation.
