Jane Pauley Community Health Center in Indiana seeks a Divisional Lead, Quality - Behavioral Health to guide performance dashboards and improvement initiatives across the behavioral health division. You will collaborate with clinic leaders, clinicians, and operations to ensure clinically sound, data-informed quality programs.

The role requires traveling between JPCHC clinics, a hybrid work model, and residency in Indiana.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, healthcare admin, public health, nursing, social work, quality, or related field.
• 3–5 years in healthcare quality improvement, behavioral health operations, population health, or clinical performance management.
• Must be an Indiana resident and able to travel between JPCHC clinics.

Responsabilidades

• Present behavioral health quality dashboards, trends, risks, and improvement priorities to leaders.
• Design, implement, and monitor improvement strategies for access, quality, safety, and outcomes.
• Analyze performance data to identify variation, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop corrective action plans, assign accountability, and monitor progress to resolution.
• Translate measure specifications, payer requirements, and regulatory changes into practical workflows.
