Job summary

Balchem Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Regional Manager–Midwest based at Defiance, OH or Bridgeton, MO. You will lead the regional quality team, ensure products meet safety, regulatory and Balchem standards, and drive a culture of excellence across sites.

This role partners with R&D, Production and commercial teams to prevent issues, optimize product quality, and prepare for audits. A bachelor's in science and 10+ years in food/supplement industries are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• 10+ years in food, supplement, or related industry with management experience.
• Familiarity with FDA, HACCP, SQF, and industry best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk/sit as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead regional quality team performance.
• Drive quality improvements across sites and interface with operations.
• Oversee internal audits and CAPA effectiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and commercial teams for new launches.
