Job summary

Balchem Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Regional Manager for the Midwest, based at Defiance, OH or Bridgeton, MO. You will lead the regional quality team, ensure products meet safety and regulatory standards, and drive a culture of excellence across multiple sites.

You will direct internal audits, CAPA programs, and collaboration with R&D, Production, and commercial teams to support new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in food, supplement, or related industry, including management.
• Familiarity with FDA, HACCP, SQF, and industry best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs; required to stand, walk, sit, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional quality team and build cross-functional relationships.
• Ensure products meet safety, regulatory, and Balchem standards across sites.
• Drive a culture of excellence through leadership and coaching.
