Job summary

Balchem is seeking a Quality Assurance Regional Manager for Minnesota. You will lead a regional quality team, drive product safety and compliance across multiple sites, and foster cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Production and Commercial teams to support new product launches.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, 10+ years in food or supplement industries, and familiarity with FDA, HACCP and SQF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in food, supplement, or related industry, including management.
• Familiarity with FDA, HACCP, SQF, and industry best practices.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.; required to stand, walk, sit, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional quality team and performance.
• Build cross-functional relationships and influence sites strategy.
• Drive quality improvements and interface with operational excellence processes.
• Ensure effective application of product safety and quality systems regionally.
• Support preparation for customer visits and external audits.
