Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in food manufacturing or related industry.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep knowledge of HACCP, FDA, FSMA, GMP, and other relevant standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
• Serve as the principal contact for internal and external audits.
• Develop and enforce quality and compliance policies.
