Empowered Milestones, LLC seeks a Regional Compliance Auditor to monitor, evaluate, and improve service delivery across the Northern/Central California region from the Santa Rosa area. Expect travel to client sites and multiple offices while maintaining documentation accuracy and client records.

The role emphasizes Title 17 compliance, audit coordination, and strong communication. A background in developmental services and audits is highly valued, with in-person office work required.

Qualifikationen

• Type at an effective pace and use basic software (Word, Excel) and email.
• Strong TITLE 17 knowledge is a major plus.
• Hands-on compliance experience serving intellectually disabled individuals is a plus.
• Able to manage time and multiple tasks reliably.
• Able to assess urgent matters and plan travel to branches/clients.
• Experience conducting compliance audits.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; AA degree or higher preferred; experience can substitute degree.

Aufgaben

• Assisting various departments with preparation for internal and external audits and program reviews/evaluations.
• Reviewing all client records (Master binders, etc.) and other relevant clinical documents and files, in client homes and/or program office locations.
• Scheduling/coordination of internal audit/program review visits and meetings.
• Replenishment and reviewing of company documents and forms to ensure current and accurate.
• Performing Client House Visits, as assigned, to check for quality issues or concerns and report.
• Completion of Daily Reports and other daily logs/reports, including corrective plans for under/non-performing teams.
• Travel to other office locations within the assigned region to conduct internal audits and reviews of client records.
• Develop reports of findings from internal audits to Program Managers and Executive Team members.
• Run audit reports as assigned for meetings, presentations, and communications.
• Review and evaluate company policies and procedures to ensure current and compliant with DDS expectations.
• Ensure records are organized, secure and HIPAA compliant.
• Manage and track driver’s licenses, CPR, certifications, licensure are compliant.
