Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Regional Interoperability role focused on driving provider adoption and onboarding of clinical data connections. You will coordinate onboarding with Network, providers, and internal teams to move providers toward activation and reduce administrative burden.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in healthcare, insurance or healthcare consulting
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, public health or related field preferred
• Ability to work across providers, Network, internal partners and senior leaders
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems, Health Information Exchange concepts, and the health insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Drive provider adoption and onboarding of Interoperability clinical data connections within an assigned region
• Lead provider engagement activities including outreach, introductory conversations, implementation meetings, provider-facing calls, follow-up communications, and activation support
• Coordinate onboarding activity across providers and internal teams to keep work on track and activation
• Maintain tracking, reporting, and communication processes supporting onboarding progress and stakeholder visibility
• Share dashboards, scorecards, and performance insights with providers and internal stakeholders
• Drive barrier resolution by coordinating with internal partners and surfacing issues
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements that simplify work
• Apply project management discipline to manage competing priorities across workstreams
• Support regional initiatives aligned to Interoperability priorities (e.g., Aetna Forward Program)
