Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Arizona seeks an Interoperability professional to drive provider adoption and onboarding of clinical data connections in an assigned region. You will coordinate onboarding activities, engage providers, and translate enterprise priorities into practical execution plans to improve adoption and reduce administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Strong partnership, collaboration and relationship management across providers, Network, internal partners and senior leaders.
• Solid project management: planning, prioritization, coordination across timelines.
• Experience tracking, reporting, and using performance data for decisions.
• Knowledge of EHR systems, Health Information Exchange concepts, and health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Drive provider adoption and onboarding of Interoperability data connections in a region.
• Lead provider engagement activities: outreach, meetings, calls, follow-up, activation support.
• Communicate opportunities, capabilities, and value to providers.
• Coordinate onboarding activity across providers and internal teams to maintain progress.
• Maintain tracking, reporting, and communication processes for onboarding progress.
• Share dashboards and insights with providers and stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Resolve barriers by coordinating with internal partners and moving work forward.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements for staff and providers.
• Apply project management discipline to manage priorities and cross-workstream execution.
• Support regional initiatives aligned with Interoperability priorities (e.g., Aetna Forward).
