Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Interoperability program lead focused on provider adoption and onboarding of clinical data connections in an assigned region. You will collaborate with Network, providers and internal teams to move providers through onboarding and improve performance.

This role translates enterprise priorities into practical execution plans, drives engagement, coordinates onboarding activities, maintains dashboards, and supports regional priorities like the Aetna Forward Program.

• Experience with provider onboarding and engagement.
• Knowledge of EHR systems and health information exchange concepts.

Responsibilities

• Drive provider adoption and onboarding of Interoperability clinical data connections in region.
• Lead provider engagement activities: outreach, onboarding meetings, provider-facing calls, follow-ups.
• Communicate connection opportunities, capabilities, and value to providers.
• Build strong relationships across Interoperability, Network, Provider Experience, and internal teams.
• Coordinate onboarding activity across providers and internal teams to maintain progress toward activation.
• Maintain tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Share dashboards, scorecards, and insights to inform decisions and outcomes.
• Drive barrier resolution by coordinating with internal partners and moving stalled work forward.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements.
• Apply project management discipline to manage priorities and cross-workstream execution.
• Support regional initiatives aligned to Interoperability priorities (e.g., Aetna Forward Program).
