GoldOller Real Estate Investments (GoldOller) is seeking a Regional Property Manager for a Receivership Portfolio in the Philadelphia area. The role leads stabilization of distressed multifamily assets, coordinates transitions, and oversees staffing, compliance, and reporting for a multi-property portfolio.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years Regional Manager experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and preferably CAM/CAPS certifications.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of Regional Manager experience required.
• Experience with distressed or underperforming assets preferred.
• Must live within a short driving distance of at least one asset in the portfolio.

Mansioni

• Lead receivership and distressed-asset takeovers and stabilization plans.
• Establish priorities, action plans, and reporting for multiple assets.
• Coordinate licensing, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational planning across the portfolio.
• Provide clear leadership and mentorship to site teams and Community Managers.
