Job summary

Prime Residential is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead short- and long-term maintenance across a portfolio of assets in the San Diego area. You will mentor Service Managers, coach teams, and uphold Prime’s standards of excellence for cleanliness, safety and resident service.

You will drive scheduling, make-readies, and inspections while monitoring budgets and vendor relationships to deliver reliable operations and high customer satisfaction across communities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in residential property management.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities for Service Managers.
• Focus on customer experience, safety, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Service Managers to develop leadership, communication and technical skills.
• Oversee scheduling, make-readies, and ensure grounds and amenities look appealing.
• Monitor operating and capital budgets; negotiate vendor pricing and maximize services.
