Job summary

MG Properties seeks an Operations Manager to support apartment communities across a defined region. This role acts as a regional floater, overseeing day-to-day operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance to drive district-wide success.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of onsite property mgmt, strong leadership, and proficiency with PM software and MS Office, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between communities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of onsite property management experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
• Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple communities as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance.
• Assist with budgeting, rent collections, invoice approvals, and vendor management.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop onsite team members.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
