Job summary

MG Properties seeks an Operations Manager to support apartment communities across a designated region in Nevada, including Las Vegas. This role acts as a regional floater, delivering hands-on property management leadership and ensuring smooth operations across multiple communities.

You will supervise onsite teams, manage leasing, budgeting, resident relations, and vendor coordination, while ensuring compliance, safety, and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of onsite property management experience.
• Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned region.
• Ability to adapt quickly and support multiple communities as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, and financial performance.
• Assist with budgeting, rent collections, invoice approvals, and vendor management.
• Hire, train, supervise, and develop onsite team members.
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and safety standards.
• Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members.
