Qualifications

• Five or more years leadership experience in affordable housing.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Strong financial background.
• Ability to troubleshoot difficult assets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse group of properties including Section 8 and Tax Credit.
• Hire, coach, and develop staff in knowledge of property management, budget and financial management.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners and various agencies.
• Travel to properties as needed to ensure operations meet standards.
